How to Search for Online Courses

Current TWU Students

  • Academic Advising is one of the first steps you will take toward achieving your academic goals.  to discuss and determine your class schedule.
  • If you are a current TWU student, log into Student Self-Service and Student Planning to search, plan, and register for your courses. There are options to view your grades, transcript, financial aid documentation and other important information. Contact the .

Prospective TWU Students

  • To find out which classes are offered online for a particular department each semester, search the TWU Class Schedule.
    • Click Search for Classes under Registration (blue bar).
    • On the Search for Classes page, fill in at least 3 fields. You can start by selecting the Term, Subject, and Instructional Methods (select Internet Instruction for online courses).
    • Click the Submit button.

Course Rotations

TWU academic units have prepared course rotations for organized courses outlining which semester courses are offered. It is highly advisable that students consult with their advisors to most effectively choose courses to complete their degree plans. Learn more about Course Rotations.

Undergraduate Degrees

  • 100% Online Program - A degree program in which students complete 100% of the credit hours required for the program through 100% Online Courses. 
    • NOTE: Fully online degrees are not available to F1 Visa holders. Some of the degrees offered fully online are also available in hybrid or face-to-face formats. Please check with the department directly to see if the degree of your interest is available as a hybrid or face-to-face degree.
  • Hybrid – A degree program in which students complete 50% or more but less than 100% of the credit hours required for the program through Distance Education Courses.
