Degree requirements
The BS in Multidisciplinary Studies degree requirements include:
- Completion of Texas Core Requirements
- 36 hours of 3000-4000 level concentration area courses divided between two or three areas
- two concentration areas (18 hours in each area; nine hours must be taken at TWU)
- three concentration areas (12 hours in each area; six hours must be taken at TWU)
- Grade of C or better in each concentration area course
- Completion of Global Perspectives Course (three hours)
- Completion of required MDS 4003 Multidisciplinary Studies Capstone course (three hours, requirement)
- 2.0 cumulative and institutional GPA
- Completion of 120 hours total for bachelor's degree (30 hours of degree must be taken at TWU)
