Our team develops and enforces TWU's brand guidelines and works closely with the Recruitment Marketing & Branding team to design ads, viewbooks, digital graphics and much more.
Marketing Creative Services can help create print materials for recruitment purposes. We recommend academic departments reach out to their content managers, who all have Marq licenses, to help with content and planning your printed materials. Content managers are:

- Amy Ruggini (College of Business, College of Health Sciences)

Customized Promo Items
Departments can order promotional items or shirts with custom designs or department logos on them. All product designs must be finalized before sending them to vendors for printing. For design services for these items submit the design request form to the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE).
Student Life and student organizations promoting their events, departments and services must:
- Go through Design Services for Student Life
- Use an approved vendor when ordering promo items
- Include the TWU logo when university funds are used to purchase the items
Promo Item Guidelines
If the departmental logo is not legible in the promotional item imprint area, you may use one of the main university logos and the full name of the department below. The size and scale of the department name must be secondary to the size and scale of the TWU logo and not within the areas of isolation for the logo. The department name must be in Museo Sans font in all caps.

Departments can order customized retractable banners for your use. Each banner measures 36 x 83.25 inches and comes in a lightweight carrying case.
Expect a 3-4 week production and printing time from the day of submission until banner delivery. Please plan accordingly to avoid rush charges.Custom Retractable Banner
Use a PowerPoint template to create TWU branded presentations or lectures.
TWU suggests using set standards for your TWU email account signature. View the Email Signature setting options here.
TWU’s Marketing Creative Services maintains a brand Constant Contact account. Departments with Constant Contact accounts are encouraged to contact email@example.com to have your account placed into the umbrella TWU account.
Your department Constant Contact account will not change. This allows TWU’s Marketing Creative Services to create branded email templates and easily share them with your account.
