Student Records

The application fee is $50 for US citizens/PR Card holders; $75 for all other applicants.

There are two easy ways to pay your application fee:

1. Pay using our online payment portal
2. Submit an accepted waiver form using the Application Fee Waiver Form

Submitting Transcripts

You can request your official transcripts through your school’s registrar, often via your student portal.

Test score submission is optional for undergraduate applicants (recommended for scholarship
purposes and may also exempt you from needing to take the TSI) and most graduate programs.

Undergraduate Students

Step 1: Log in to your Pioneer Portal

Step 2: Click on "WebAdvisor" at the top of your Pioneer Portal login page

Step 3: Select the "Applicants" blue rectangle and review your applicant and account information

Step 4: Check if you have missing documents in the "My Documents" section under the Communication heading

Step 5: Check your "Application Status" under the Admission Information heading

Graduate Students

Step 1: Log in to your Graduate Application Manager

Step 2: Monitor the checklist to see if you're missing any documents and for your application statusap

Once Student Records has received all required documents, your application will move into the evaluation stage.

Undergraduate Applicants

The Student Records team will review your application for admission. During normal processing periods, evaluations are typically completed within 7–10 business days.

Graduate Applicants

The Student Records team will calculate the GPA for the final 60 credit hours of your undergraduate coursework before forwarding your completed application to the academic department for review. This process typically takes 3–5 business days after all required documents have been received.

Undergraduate Applicants

Admission decision letters are mailed approximately 7–10 business days after a decision has been made. Applicants who are admitted to TWU will also receive an email notification within 1–2 business days of acceptance.

Graduate Applicants

Graduate applicants will receive an email notification when an admissions decision is available. Decision letters can be viewed through the Graduate Application Manager.
