Event Signs & Displays
We offer various items for check-out to support events on and off campus. While these items can be used for non-recruiting events, priority is given to those supporting prospective student recruitment.
- No charge to you, unless damaged while checked out
- Reserve items for 72 hours (extensions available if no one else has reserved them)
- Pick-up/drop-off in the Marketing & Communication Office, 1215 Oakland St.
- Due to high demand, items must be picked up on the day of your reservation or they will be returned back into circulation.
- Items also must be returned the day filled out on your reservation form.
How to Order
- Complete the Event Signage and Display Reservation Form. The form must be signed by the account approver for the banner while it is on loan.
- Email the completed form to Kay Collins at firstname.lastname@example.org
The items will be packaged by Marketing & Communication and you will be notified when you can pick up the items from the Marketing & Communication building.
Dallas & Houston Campus
