Event Signs & Displays

We offer various items for check-out to support events on and off campus. While these items can be used for non-recruiting events, priority is given to those supporting prospective student recruitment.

  • No charge to you, unless damaged while checked out
  • Reserve items for 72 hours (extensions available if no one else has reserved them)
  • Pick-up/drop-off in the Marketing & Communication Office, 1215 Oakland St.

How to Order

Denton Campus

  1. Complete the Event Signs and Display Reservation Form. The form must be signed by the account approver for the banner while it is on loan.
  2. Email the completed form to Kay Collins at kcollins13@twu.edu

The items will be packaged by Marketing & Communication and you will be notified when you can pick up the items from the Marketing & Communication building.

Dallas & Houston Campus
