Fitness Center Hours

• Sunday: 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
• Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Fall Semester hours starting August 19th

• M-F 6am-10pm
• Sat 8am-6pm 
• Sun 2pm-10pm

• Closed 4-6pm August 5th
• Closed all day August 6th and 7th

Climbing Wall

• Monday-Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Gaming Lounge

• Monday-Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Monday-Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Monday-Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Outdoor Adventure Center

• Monday-Friday: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Tennis

• Monday–Sunday: dawn to dusk
• The tennis courts are closed during university holidays, special events, and inclement weather.
• Equipment can be checked out from the Front Desk of the Fitness and Recreation Center with a TWU ID.

Fit & Rec Intramural Field 

The TWU Intramural Field is located on the northeast side of campus, next to the Pioneer Soccer Park.
