TWU seeks title of National Outdoor Champion in AORE Campus Challenge

Texas Woman’s University will join 98 other universities across the nation to participate in the AORE Campus Challenge, a competition that seeks to promote getting outdoors and getting active. The challenge officially kicks off September 16 at 10 a.m. with a “Walk Out” with Dr. Feyten in front of Fit & Rec and ends October 13.

Vandagriff Endowment Scholar Announced

Keith Crabtree, a Texas Woman’s University graduate student pursuing a degree in exercise and sports nutrition, has been selected to serve as the inaugural Vandagriff Endowment Scholar.

Pioneer Pride dance team claims bragging rights

The Texas Woman’s University Pioneer Pride dance team placed first in Division II schools during the National Dance Team Camp held in Dallas on the SMU campus July 20-22, beating out DBU, Tarleton and Angelo State.
