The TWU Pioneer ID Card is the official ID of Texas Woman's University. The Pioneer ID Card signifies your status as an active member of the Texas Woman's University community, serving as your official student identification card and much more.
Pioneer ID Cards can be requested in our Denton office located in the Student Union at Hubbard Hall, room 2209. You must present a valid government or state-issued photo ID in order to request your Pioneer ID Card. Your first ID is free.
Student ID Cards
Your Pioneer Card gives you access to many TWU events and facilities. It is your ticket to accessing the Fit and Rec Center, the Student Health Center and checking out Library resources. The card is also used for computer labs, class attendance and access to your residence hall and meal plan.
Faculty and Staff ID Cards
New faculty and staff may obtain an ID card after being entered into the Human Resources system. Learn more about:

The Pioneer Dollars program has merged with Dining Services and is now part of TWU’s Dining Dollars program. If you are no longer a TWU student, faculty or staff member but had a Pioneer Dollars account while connected to TWU, you have until December 31, 2022, to request a refund of your existing balance. To request a refund, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include “Pioneer Dollars Refund” in your subject line. Unclaimed funds will be rolled into scholarships and will help students attending TWU.
