BAS in Culinary Science and Food Service Management (with Culinology® certification)

Offered on TWU's Denton campus, this program builds on your associate of applied sciences in culinary arts and gives you the experience and knowledge needed for a career as a research or culinary chef.

BS in Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry

Offered on TWU's Denton campus (with some online courses), this undergraduate program focuses on the business side of food manufacturing, product development and distribution.

BS in Nutrition, emphasis in Dietetics

Offered on TWU's Denton campus, this nutrition program provides the coursework required to apply to a master's program and a dietetic internship toward a career as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).

BS in Nutrition, emphasis in Nutritional Sciences

Offered on TWU's Denton campus (with some online courses), this nutrition program prepares you for a career researching or teaching nutritional sciences. This program is also the first step in several professional studies requiring advanced degrees, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and various medical fields.

BS in Nutrition, emphasis in Community

Offered on TWU's Denton campus (with some online courses), this nutrition program combines nutrition and health studies to prepare you to earn certified health education specialist (CHES) credentials.
