Facility Reservations
Reservation Costs
Payments for space rentals are due two weeks after event, at the latest. If multiple dates for the same event are booked, payment is due two weeks from the LAST event.
Reservation costs vary between the different TWU spaces and whether you are an internal or external individual or group.
Internal - Individuals or groups directly affiliated with Texas Woman's University (TWU), including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Contact Sierra Barnhill at 940-898-2900 to make reservations for Outdoor Basketball Court, Tennis Courts and Fields. Reservations can also be made through Mazévo.
External - External individuals or groups not affiliated with Texas Woman's University (TWU)
