TWU reminds students that hazing is illegal

TWU Sorority and Fraternity Life (SFL) is reminding all students that hazing is illegal and has serious consequences during Hazing Prevention Week, Sept. 25-29.

Family Weekend, Oct. 6-8

Family Weekend, scheduled for Oct. 6-8 is completely optional and free for TWU students and guests 5 years old and younger. The fee is $55 for adults and $35 for guests ages 6-17.

Fraternity Informational Meeting

Sorority and Fraternity Life (SFL) will host an informational meeting on Monday, Sept. 18 in SUHH 2238 at 6 p.m. for all men interested in learning more about TWU’s two fraternities—Phi Beta Sigma and Phi Iota Alpha.

New Health Science Center Construction, Groundbreaking to Impact Parking

As the university begins construction of the long-awaited Health Science Center, changes will impact parking on the east side of campus near Parliament Village and Jones Hall.

Housing Move-In and Street Closures

Residential students will be moving to campus beginning Tuesday, Aug. 22, and their arrival will cause some street closures, congestion and rerouting.
