OT alum has big plans for building program that supports young adults

TWU occupational therapy alumna Danielle Howerton has thought about starting a transitional program for young adults with intellectual disabilities or neurodivergent conditions for many years. The Texas Woman's Empowering Women for Rural Healthcare Leadership mentorship program is helping making that a reality for Howerton.
