The University Accessibility Committee is committed to improving campus accessibility by identifying physical barriers and supporting solutions that ensure equitable access for all.

Current Projects

  • CFO: Replace concrete panels and repair ramp 
  • ACT: Repair concrete 
  • Fine Arts Building: Repair handrails, patch corners, and holes 
  • UAB: Repair sidewalk and retaining wall 
  • SRC: Add handrails
  • Guinn Hall: Install sidewalk on west side of building for access from north to south, partnership with Housing

  • Stoddard Hall: Automatic door entrance added, 2021
  • Guinn Hall: Accessible ramp added, 2021, partnership with Housing
  • Stark Hall: Accessible ramp added, 2021, partnership with Housing
  • CFO and ASB: Sidewalk cracks fixed, 2021, partnership with E&G
  • CFO to Redbud Lane: Accessible ramp added, 2023 
  • CFO: Automatic door entrance added, 2025, partnership with FMC
