Partnership accelerates degree plans for Brazosport students

Rebecca Jones is one of the first students in a unique partnership between TWU’s College of Business and Brazosport College. Launched in fall 2023, the partnership offers students an opportunity to earn a bachelor’s degree from Brazosport and a post-baccalaureate certificate from TWU in business fundamentals or fundamentals in healthcare administration.
Dinner experience gives students leg up on networking

The Texas Woman’s College of Business is giving business students a taste of the professional world when they dine at the second annual Networking & Etiquette Dinner at the Denton campus on Monday, March 4. Dilshan and Jeanna Ratnayake and their foundation, Ratnayake Family Foundation, are the title sponsor for the COB student event. With decades of experience in the hospitality and business sectors, they have seen first-hand the importance of these soft skills.
Student business team among finalists in AMA competition, again

COB professor creates scholarship for students in human resources

Derek Crews, EdD, a Management professor at Texas Woman's University and workforce development consultant, has created an annual scholarship aimed at supporting either an undergraduate or graduate student seeking a degree with an emphasis on Human Resource Management as offered through the TWU College of Business.
