Recruitment Items

Marketing & Communication keeps a stock of TWU promotional items for departments to request for specific student recruitment activities only — college fairs, information sessions, direct mail, etc.

Quantities are limited, please order judiciously.

How to Order

Email Kay Collins at kcollins13@twu.edu with the following information:

• Item type (if unsure, describe what they are for and the audience and we can suggest items from our stock)
• Quantity needed
• Date needed
• Event for which items are needed

Kay Collins will approve or ask for revisions to your request based on limited quantities. The items will be packaged by Marketing & Communication and you will be notified when you can pick up the items from the Marketing & Communication building at:

Ordering from Dallas & Houston

Our office is willing to ship items to departments on the Dallas and Houston campuses. You will need to provide us with an on-campus address.

Please request items early to allow for plenty of shipping time.
