Student Learning and Licensure by Watermark™

The Texas Woman’s University Educator Preparation Program (EPP) utilizes Student Learning and Licensure (SL&L), a robust assessment and student management platform by Watermark. Students seeking certification to teach or work in a professional non-teaching position at a Texas public school will use SL&L for:

  • Application for admission into the EPP for Initial Teacher or Professional (non-teaching) certification programs
  • Documenting Field-Based Experience hours for course requirements (i.e. time logs)
  • Course-embedded professional disposition assessments
  • Application for Clinical Teaching, Residency, or Internship (Initial Teacher program)
  • Assessment in final course of Clinical Teaching, Residency, or Internship (Initial Teacher program) or Professional Practicum (Professional non-teaching graduate program)

SL&L will help ensure continuous quality of the TWU EPP while maintaining state and national accreditation.

* The TExES Success Plans are no longer submitted through SL&L. Please refer to the TWU Requirements for TExES Exams for more information on how to submit a Success Plan.
