The more information you can provide, the better. When emailing, please provide:

  • The name of the institution and the URL: Texas Woman’s University (
  • Full name and PID of user(s) experiencing the issue
  • Exact name of Assignment, Survey, Binder, etc.
  • Expected action and actual result
  • Your Internet browser information or the browser information for the user experiencing the issue
  • Provide screen shots or videos of the issue if possible
