Texas Woman’s University now uses Tk20 by Watermark™, a comprehensive data management system that will provide powerful tools to manage our growth and allow for analyses at multiple levels. This will help ensure continuous quality of our educator preparation programs (EPPs) while maintaining state and national accreditation.
EPP Required Documents and Services Submitted in Tk20
You will need a PAID Tk20 account for the following applications and services (Instructions):
- TWU EPP Undergraduate Initial Certification Application
- Clinical Student Teacher Standard Application
- TWU EPP TExES Success Plan
- TWU EPP Field Experience Binders
- TWU EPP Time Logs
You will need a FREE Admissions Tk20 account for the following applications (Instructions):
- TWU Educator Preparation Program Appeal
- TWU EPP Graduate/Post-baccalaureate Initial Certification Application
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application - Educational Diagnostician
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application - Principal as Instructional Leader
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application - Reading Specialist
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application - School Counselor
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application - School Librarian
- TWU EPP Graduate Professional Certification Application – Superintendent
How to log in to Tk20
If you do not have a Tk20 student account you may purchase one here:
- Purchase a Tk20 account ($139.00 plus tax)
- Click on "Click here to purchase or register your student account"
- Use Chrome or Firefox. Do not use Safari when purchasing a Tk20 account.
Once you have paid the required activation fee, you will receive two receipts in your email inbox. Access is not immediate. Allow 1-3 business days from the date of transaction for your payment to clear. After payment clears, click on the “Log in to Tk20” button above and use your current TWU Pioneer Portal username and password to log in. The Student Account provides you a seven-year license to access Tk20.
Students
- Paid Student Account holders (Undergraduate applicants and Field Experience binders for Undergraduate and Graduate students): Log in through TWU’s Single Sign On (SSO) service via the “Log in to Tk20” button above using your current TWU Pioneer Portal username and password. If you need to purchase a Tk20 Student account, click on “EPP Required Documents and Services Submitted in Tk20” button and click on “Instructions” for the paid Tk20 account.
- Free Applicant account holders (graduate applicants and EPP Appeals):
- Go to twu.tk20.com and use the username and password you created for your applicant account. If you forgot your password, email tk20@twu.edu. Do not purchase an account if you are a graduate student needing to apply to an EPP graduate program or to make an EPP appeal. If you need to create an applicant account, click on the above “EPP Required Documents and Services Submitted in Tk20” button and click on “Instructions” for the free Tk20 account.
Faculty and Staff
Use your current TWU Pioneer Portal username and password.
