Bull in a China Shop auditions

Description: “Bull in a China Shop explores the love between two women at Mount Holyoke College from 1899 to 1937. Written by Bryna Turner and based on the real letters of Mary Wooley and Jeannette Marks, this tender play explores the nature of revolution, being at odds with the world and how to care for the one you love during tumultuous times.”

  • What: Bull in a China Shop auditions
  • When: Tuesday, Nov. 1
  • 5-7 p.m. (five minute increments)
  • Where: Redbud Theatre (SUHH Assembly 206)
  • How: actors please prepare:
    • 1-2 minute monologue of your choice OR
    • Bull in a China excerpt, Woolley, pages 72-74: beginning with "They want a woman's touch..." on page 72 through "...and how is it possible for one person to be so at odds with every room they're in" on page 74.
    • Bull in a China excerpt, Marks, pages 14-15: entire lecture to students
