A Wellbeing Journey for the Whole TWU Community

Join us this spring as we focus on moving well, eating well, minding well, spending well, and building well together. Whether you're a student or an employee, this challenge offers a fun and supportive pathway to healthier habits and greater connection across our campuses.

The TWU Spring Wellness Challenges are 6-7 week wellbeing experiences designed to help participants build sustainable habits through weekly activities, reflection, and small lifestyle goals. Participants track activities in their designated pathway—students through myTWU, and faculty & staff through the State of Texas GetFit Challenge portal. Everyone can join, and everyone is encouraged to bring a friend, colleague, or classmate along for added motivation!
