Availability of Services Due to COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office is currently unable to provide phone service and walk-in service. We are still providing most basic services via e-mail and online forms. In order to have your questions answered in a timely fashion, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. All questions will be answered during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All official Registrar Office communications will be sent to students’ TWU email accounts. For more information on accessing your TWU email, please visit the TWU Technology Knowledge Base regarding email accounts.
State Mandated Immunization Requirement
Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register without a valid immunization record or exemption document. Please submit the document to the Office of the Registrar or Admissions Processing.
