Availability of Services Due to COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office will only offer limited hours for walk-in service Monday-Thursday from 9 am – 12 pm. In adherence to public safety guidelines, we ask that you only come in person if it is necessary or to pick-up a diploma or transcript. All other services are available online or electronically; forms and requests should be submitted from your TWU email to Registrar@twu.edu. Phone support is available during our regular business hours. Additionally, we ask you to please be patient with our phone service due to limitations with our new internet-based phone system implemented to serve you while our staff is working remotely from home.
All official Registrar Office communications will be sent to students’ TWU email accounts. For more information on accessing your TWU email, please visit the TWU Technology Knowledge Base regarding email accounts.
State Mandated Immunization Requirement
Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register without a valid immunization record or exemption document. Please submit the document to the Office of the Registrar or Admissions Processing.
