Lobby Closure at Noon
Due to building maintenance issues, the lobby will be closed from 12:00 p.m. to closing, beginning Monday, August 1st, until further notice. Service will remain available during normal business hours via phone and email.
In Response to COVID-19
Consistent with CDC guidelines, we strongly encourage wearing facemasks to help limit the spread of Covid-19. We respectfully request that you only come in person during lobby hours if it is necessary or to pick up a diploma or transcript. All other services are available online or electronically; forms and requests should be submitted from your TWU email to Registrar@twu.edu. Email and phone support remain available during our regular business hours.
All official Registrar Office communications will be sent to students’ TWU email accounts. For more information on accessing your TWU email, please visit the TWU Technology Knowledge Base regarding email accounts.
State Mandated Immunization Requirement
Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register without a valid immunization record or exemption document. Please submit the document to the Office of the Registrar or Admissions Processing.
