What you need to know

At TWU, a general online Graduate Student Orientation is coordinated by the Graduate School. You will receive information about the orientation via email in early August.

In addition, your academic department may offer a program-specific orientation. Be on the lookout for communication from your department regarding what to expect and how to prepare.

Guide to Online Learning: This is an excellent resource for all students taking online, in-person, or hybrid courses. Information includes what to expect from an online course and information about Canvas and other key services available online.

IT Service Desk: This is the place to receive technology support. You can also call or live chat with a TWU employee about any technology issues. Visit TWU Technology or call 940-898-3971.
