Management & Marketing
The Department of Management & Marketing offers a wide range of degrees that can fit your needs. Undergraduate students can earn a BBA in Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship emphasis. Graduate students can earn an MBA, with options for an emphasis in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Women in Leadership, Healthcare Administration, General Business, Entrepreneurship or Sport Management.
New Accreditation
The Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business and Entrepreneurship is now accredited from AACSB International —The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), considered the world’s leading association of business schools. Less than 6% of business schools worldwide have earned this distinction.
Minors and Certificates
For non-business majors, there are multiple beneficial minors, including Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. There are additional options for certificates at the undergraduate or graduate level. All programs are designed to prepare students for successful careers in a dynamic, diverse economy.
New Programs
To address business industry trends, we are excited to announce:
- A new dual MBA and MHA option that leads to two degrees, Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration
- New emphases offerings in our MBA program: Healthcare Administration, Women in Leadership, Marketing and Entrepreneurship
- A new BBA in Health Care Administration with clinical and general tracks
- There are two accelerated programs where students can earn graduate credits that can be used toward their master’s degree. The Accelerated Bachelor to Master's (4 + 1) in Human Resource Management program &Accelerated Bachelor to Master's (4 + 1) in Marketing program allow students to earn both a BBA and MBA in either Human Resource Management or Marketing.
