When Life Feels Messy Podcast – “When Life Feels Messy…” is a podcast created for TWU students, staff, faculty, and the community at large. Join our Houston CAPS team Mental Health Clinicians, Ashley Barrera and Erin Rasbeary, as they cover a vast amount of conversations centered around mental health and the college journey. Whether you are driving to or from campus or just need a break from studying, we hope this podcast is insightful, impactful, and provides some peace and comfort in knowing you’re not alone. Through this, we hope you find the courage to navigate your own mental health journey and feel comfortable seeking resources.
Blog - “When Life Feels Messy…” is one of the counterparts to the podcast created for TWU students, staff, faculty, and the community at large. Each month, there will be blogs covering mental health topics and offering numerous resources. The goal is a light and easy read that is digestible and makes the reader more comfortable with thinking about mental health, gaining more knowledge, and utilizing mental health resources.
Youtube – “When Life Feels Messy…” is another counterpart to the podcast created for TWU students, staff, faculty, and the community at large. This channel will include videos of the CAPS time interviewing professionals about mental health issues, reenacting scenarios/situations, and sharing visual resources for mental health.
