We offer six separate degree tracks in history tailored to your needs, interests and career aspirations.

Whether you choose to work with archives, in journalism, as a teacher, or in any career of your choosing, each track will equip you with a solid foundation of critical thinking, research and writing skills to help you achieve your professional goals.

Minor in History

Our department also offers a minor in history, which requires nine hours of lower division history courses and nine hours of upper division history courses. View our Undergraduate Catalog for details about the history courses we offer.
