Making Payments

All credit and debit card payments MUST be made online through the Pay Online link. A service fee will apply.

Accepted in-person payment types:

• Cash
• Personal Checks(current term only)
• Money Orders
• Cashier's Checks

Email all questions to payments@twu.edu with your student ID number, and we will respond during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

Important Dates

• All Fall balances due by 11/15
• Spring 2027 bills available after 12/17; payments accepted on 1/1/2027
