Class Rings

The TWU Class Ring is more than just jewelry—it is a milestone on your educational journey, a lasting symbol of your resilience to persevere against all obstacles perseverance. It also represents your connection to our historic institution and to the enduring Pioneer spirit that will carry you as you move forward into the next phase of your life.

Eligibility

You have earned the right to wear the ring if you meet either of the following criteria:

  • Undergraduate Students: Completed 60+ credit hours.
  • Graduate Students: Currently pursuing a graduate degree at TWU.

Key Dates & Ordering Information

When the time comes, TWU will send an official announcement directly to your TWU student email inbox with complete details regarding:

  • Ring sizing guide and fittings
  • Customization and design options
  • How to order online at herff.ly/twu or in person

You Can Afford a Ring

You don't need to pay for it all up front. Take advantage of interest-free payment plans for up to 12 months through Herff Jones to make your milestone accessible.

And to help you out even more, TWU and Herff Jones have partnered up to offer the Beth Lewis Ring Scholarship. Because we believe every eligible student deserves to wear their achievement, one or two deserving students each semester will receive financial assistance toward their ring purchase. Recipients are selected based on financial need, campus leadership, and dedicated service to the TWU community.

What to Expect

Each semester, we will offer options to order your ring. Orders placed by set deadlines are delivered to the Denton campus in time for our ceremony; direct shipping is available for later orders. After you order your ring, keep an eye on your inbox for your official invitation to that semester's TWU Maroon & White Ring Reception.

This prestigious tradition offers a memorable moment to receive your ring alongside classmates, university dignitaries and your loved ones. During the ceremony, you will:

  • Pick up Your Ring: Receive your ring in an exclusive, custom keepsake box.
  • Connect with Tradition: Discover the deep history and symbolism embedded in your TWU ring design.
  • Celebrate Together: Share this milestone moment with family, friends and the Pioneer community with music, photo opportunities and refreshments.
  • New for Spring '27: Ring ceremony attendees will receive a t-shirt designed specifically for the event.

Keep in mind you can order at anytime, and if you receive your ring directly, you may still attend the ring ceremony recognition event.
