This momentous ceremony signals the beginning of your college career. Join us for your formal induction to the TWU academic community.

First-year Photo with Chancellor Dr. Feyten - 12:30 p.m. - Pioneer Hall
Join Chancellor Carine Feyten and your classmates for the official Class of 2028 first-year photo! Wear your TWU shirt!

  If you are the first in your family to attend college, find out more about resources and services just for you!

Kick off the start of another academic year with TWU’s annual Block Party! Enjoy tons of great food, entertainment, and activities while making memories with your fellow TWU students. 

Silent Disco Party - 7-10 p.m. - Pioneer Hall
Grab wireless headphones at the event, choose your music from one of our three live DJs and dance the night away with your friends! Have your Event Pass ready!

Back to School - 10 a.m. - Little Chapel-in-the-Woods
Spend time in our beautiful chapel and hear encouraging words. There will be time for reflection.

Housing Meetings - 4 p.m. - Residence Halls
RA Community Meetings start at 4 p.m. in their residential communities. Check in with your Resident Assistant (RA).
