Cost of Orientation
The First-Year Orientation fee of $200 covers orientation costs which include meals, on-campus accommodations, orientation parking, t-shirt, other program giveaways, Pioneer Camp, Maroon Madness, and ongoing First-Year programs. This fee will be included in your Fall Semester bill when you register for classes and cannot be paid prior to Orientation. All fees charged at the time of Orientation check-in are non-refundable.
The Parent and Family Orientation Fee is $55 per guest. This fee covers Orientation costs which include meals, orientation parking, and program materials. This fee is due when you register for Orientation. Guests wishing to stay overnight must arrange their own accommodations at a hotel. Please refer to the Preferred Hotel page.
All cancellations must be requested in writing two weeks prior to the date of orientation to receive a refund totaling the amount paid not including a $10.00 administration charge. Any requests received within two weeks of the date of Orientation or after the Orientation program has begun will not receive a refund.
