Ensemble

The TWU Musical Theatre & Opera Performance Lab presents repertoire from both traditional and contemporary musical theatre forms and operatic literature. Culminating projects may include an open rehearsal, scene presentations, readings, workshops, showcases, or fully staged productions. 

Auditions

Auditions for the TWU Musical Theatre and Opera Performance Lab are open to all students, regardless of major. 

Current Season

The 2026-27 Musical Theatre season includes the following four productions:

The Suffragist, a new musical by Nancy Hill Cobb and Cavan Hallman, October 22 – 24

Voices of Tomorrow: A First-Year Cabaret, November 19

  • Audition information – open to all first-year Music majors.

Godspell, a Divisions of Music and Theatre co-production, April 9 – 11 and 16 – 18

Rhapsody & Rhythm: Unveiling George Gershwin’s Musical Legacy, April 22 – 23
