Housing & Dining Cancellation Request
Follow these instructions to submit a Housing Application Cancellation Form
- Log in to the housing portal
- Click the button “Housing Cancellation”
- Select the term you would like to cancel for
- Complete the information on the form and attach any applicable documents.
- If you are withdrawing, transferring, graduating, on track to earn over 60 credits or will be 21 years of age or older before the start of the semester, no additional documents will need to be attached.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Housing & Dining staff will notify you when the form is processed.
