TWU fashion class makes clothes for scoliosis patients

The Mass Production class of TWU's Division of Fashion Design & Merchandising designed and crafted clothing for scoliosis patients who are in prolonged hospital treatment and encumbered by medical traction equipment.

Fashion's seniors ready for the runway

TWU Fashion seniors will see their designs on the runway in the 2023 Senior Fashion Show on Friday, May 5, at Blagg-Huey Library. Pop-up shops will open at 5 p.m., featuring clothing produced by TWU students, and seating for the show is at 6:30. The show is at 7 p.m. and will conclude at 8.

Fashion Design and Merchandising's Remy Odukomaiya and the students in her Mass Production Techniques class designed, patterned and crafted two outfits, then produced 13 sets of those clothes for the specific needs of homeless men.
