The Center for Student Research provides opportunities for students to participate in all phases of research and creative activity, from design through dissemination. The Center will facilitate research partnerships and collaboration between TWU students and faculty, enhance students’ knowledge of all phases of research, promote a national presence for TWU students, and ensure mutual benefit to both students and faculty members. The Center for Student Research plans to support a variety of programs and activities.
Student Research Presentation Travel Grant Program & Student Research Grant Program
- Summer 2020 Student Research Grant Program will open for applications on April 29th, and close on May 12th.
- Student Research Presentation Travel Grant Program is now closed, and will re-open for Fall semester.
In addition to the above programs, the following programs and activities are also available, or will become available, to support students’ research at TWU:
- Student Creative Arts and Research Symposium April 14-15, 2020
- Student Research Workshop Series (to be announced soon)

Summer Research Opportunity for Undergraduates
The Center for Anatomical Sciences at the UNT Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth is excited to announce the 2020 Summer Opportunities in Anatomy Research (SOAR) Program for undergraduate students. A flyer and poster for this program are attached below. We kindly request that you advertise this program to your undergraduate students in human and comparative anatomy courses as you see fit.
