Making Payments
All credit and debit card payments MUST be made online through the Pay Online link. A service fee will apply.
Accepted in-person payment types:
- Cash
- Personal Checks(current term only)
- Money Orders
- Cashier's Checks
Email all questions to payments@twu.edu with your student ID number, and we will respond during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
Important Dates
- November 15 - all Fall balances due
- December 19 - Spring 2026 Bills Available
- January 1, 2026 - Spring payments and payment plans can be made
