Our award-winning faculty represent a broad range of interests, backgrounds and research areas including political theory, media and politics, diversity in the legal profession, international relations and European politics.

With a student-to-faculty ratio of 15:1 in upper-level courses, our faculty are dedicated to creating a supportive and immersive learning environment where you can thrive.

As a student in our program, you will be equipped with practical experience before entering the workforce through internship opportunities relevant to your course of study. Organizations where previous students have interned include The Public Leadership Education Network, United States District Court Northern District of Texas and the Denton County Probation Office.

On average, we award up to $13,000 in competitive scholarships each year to qualifying students. Programs such as the Jamison Internship provide financial support and experience working in government or nonprofit institutions.

Our accelerated BA to MA programs allow you to fast-track your academic goals, and programs including our post-baccalaureate certificates can be completed online.
