College Data Reports
The Office of Institutional Research & Data Management produces a report that facilitates Program Reviews according to the schedules linked below.
The College Data Reports on this page contain the most frequently requested program data. They include a summary of five years’ worth of data within each TWU College by School, Department/Division, Program, and Course Subject for each semester. The reports include information on the following:
- Enrollment by level with additional info on full/part-time load, gender, ethnicity, and admit status;
- Degrees conferred by level (academic year only);
- Semester Credit Hours generated by level;
- Student FTE calculated by level;
- Faculty headcount with additional info on tenure status, rank, and full/part-time status.
- Please note that faculty data is only provided at the College, School, and Department/Division levels.
More detailed data can be provided upon request using the data request form linked on the left navigation menu.
