Texas Woman’s University offers a variety of services to support you in your online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. Whether you need help with technology, academics, or navigating university resources, support is available to help you succeed.
Technology Support
If you need assistance using Canvas or related technology:
- Use the Help menu within Canvas for 24/7 support
- Use the Ask Oakley chatbot located on the My Courses website
- Contact the TWU Technology Service Desk For assistance with login issues, multi-factor authentication, email, or other technical concerns.
If you experience a technical issue during a course activity, contact your instructor as soon as possible and reach out for support
Academic Support
TWU provides several services to support your academic success throughout the semester.
Available services may include:
- Tutoring in a variety of subject areas (writing, science, math, psychology)
- Academic advising and degree planning
- Study strategies and academic skill development

Library Resources

Library services are available online, making it easy to access academic resources from anywhere.
Accessibility Services
Students who need academic accommodations should contact the Office of Disability Services for Students (DSS).
DSS can:

- Assist with access to course materials
- Work with instructors to ensure equal access to learning activities
Students are encouraged to request accommodations as early as possible to ensure timely support.
