Work Orders

Purpose

To properly track all maintenance related issues submitted through our WebTMA work order software.

When to Use

For any maintenance related issues including, but not limited to: custodial, grounds, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Once a work request is submitted, the requestor will receive an email indicating that it was submitted. For tracking purposes, the requestor will be notified via email when the request is accepted and turned into a work order. FMC’s skilled technicians will be on site to address the issue within two (2) business days. The requestor will receive a final email notification once the work order has been completed and an opportunity to submit a satisfaction survey regarding the technicians’ professionalism and the work accomplished.

FMC requires that all maintenance issues be submitted via work request. When calling the FMC office for maintenance issues, requestors will be directed to place a work request online, as well.

Work Request Process

A flowchart: Once you submit your work request, FMC will review it. If approved, FMC creates a work order. The work order is then completed and close. If your work order is not approved, FMC will notify you.
