Student Union at Hubbard Hall Reservations

The Student Union at Hubbard Hall is the hub of campus activities, and hosting your event here means you will be booking in one of the busiest buildings on campus. Our building houses the SGA chambers, 25 meeting rooms, and the Bridges Auditorium.

Reservation Time Frames

Student Organizations receive booking priority through Mazévo for the Student Union event spaces.  Reservations will be available in Mazevo based on the following timelines:

Fall semester bookings:

  • Open for Student Organizations on April 1
  • Open for Faculty/Staff on May 1

Spring semester bookings:

  • Open for Student Organizations on October 1
  • Open for Faculty/Staff on November 1

For special events that must be reserved in advance of these dates because of contracts, speaker deadlines, etc., please contact the Student Union office at 940-898-3641 for information.

Event spaces include projector(s)/screen(s), microphones, sound system, and in-room PC. All event spaces have options for live streaming or recording of events. Fees may apply based on the level of service required.

Meeting Rooms include a TV monitor and webcam. There is no fee for usage, however, groups must provide their own laptop to connect to the equipment.

Information Tables

TWU Student Organizations and Departments can reserve space in the Student Union to share information in a safe format. Info tables may also be reserved as a standalone table for displaying information, without a person physically present.
