Texas Woman’s University recognizes the challenges of being a student and a parent. Our Family Graduation ceremony celebrates your family’s role in your academic journey and success.

TWU Family Graduation with TWU Chancellor and President

CARE and the Student Union invite graduates to celebrate with your children by participating in this special child-friendly ceremony. Family Graduation ceremonies only take place in the Spring semester.

Fall, Summer, and Spring graduates are invited to celebrate at the Spring Family Graduation ceremony. There is no charge for these events.

This year’s ceremony takes place Saturday April 18, 2026 at TWU Institute of Health Science- Houston Center. Contact Dr. Charlene Adams for additional details.
