Sign up today for a photo session at a memorable campus location, taken by a professional photographer. Limited appointments are available. Pre-registration is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring/use props in my photo?
You may use small props such as a hand-held sign, but the following are not permitted:
- Glitter
- Confetti
- Pets
How many photos can I take?
Each student is limited to one photo in each location.
How long is my photo session?
Each student is limited to 5 minutes with the photographer, so please be prepared and photo-ready upon arrival!
Can I choose the location or background of my photo?
Photographers will be stationed in pre-determined locations and will not be able to move to other locations.
Can I choose my pose?
The photographers will have suggested pose options for you to choose from. If you have another pose idea, as long as it is simple, the photographer may be able to accommodate!
What should I wear?
We encourage you to wear your graduation regalia, including your cap, gown, chords, stole, etc.). If not, you may wear TWU apparel or maroon formal attire!
Can I have other people in my photo with me?
Photos are limited to individual students. Pets are not permitted.
Will my photo be edited?
The professional photography vendor will do touch-ups to photos, but not full editing.
In which format will I receive my photo?
A master link of all photos will be sent out to every student no later than 2 weeks after the event. Please note: all photos will be on the master link (all students will be able to see your photos).
When should I expect to receive my photo?
The photographer will send the master link 2 weeks after the event.
