The CWE’s Texas Rural Woman Grant Program encourages and enables rural woman-owned, small businesses to undertake new and innovative projects.

Grant changes for 2025 include:

  • Eligibility: Business started before May 20, 2022
  • Awards: 10-$10,000 awards
