Student Union Programming
The Student Union Programming office is committed to providing a variety of innovative programs/events to the TWU community. We are made up of six student programming/marketing chairs, along with our invaluable Student Union Crew (SU Crew) members.
The purpose of the Student Union Programming office is to:
- Encourage students within the Texas Woman’s University (TWU) community to actively participate and assist in the planning and execution of on-campus events.
- Allow students to grow their leadership skills through volunteer opportunities.
- Create upward mobility within the organization (volunteer > student
assistant/event chair > team lead). - Foster a sense of community and promote school spirit, pride, and participation within TWU students, staff, faculty, and the Denton community.
The SU Crew
The Student Union Crew (SU Crew) is made up of creative, outgoing, and fun student volunteers ready to assist the SU to plan, market, and execute amazing events. Crew members also provide valuable feedback to the SU to guarantee a valuable SU experience for every TWU student.
The SU Crew is a branch of the Student Union Programming (SUP) office.
SU Crew Meetings
- Held at the Student Union at Hubbard Hall room 2231, every Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm (pending holidays, school closures and SUP event days).
