Submit an Academic Fresh Start Form

This form is for Undergraduate applicants who have NOT been accepted (admitted) to TWU.

If you have already been accepted to TWU and wish to change your start term or your major, please visit the Registrar’s website to find the correct forms.

Graduate students cannot change their applications with this form. Please email gradadmissions@twu.edu for assistance.

Use this form to:

• Change your start term (up to two long semesters forward or one semester back). You cannot move the start date for a term that has already begun;
• Change your intended major;
• Change from a non-degree student to a degree-seeking student;
• Change your residency status or application type.

Your application will be inactive and communications from Admissions Processing will cease.

Submit a Fee Refund Request

For accepted graduate students who wish to change/defer their start term. Students must contact the department and the Graduate School for approval. Please contact the Graduate School with any questions.

Submit a Request Change of Start Term Form

• Update your contact information or verify your social security number
• You will also need to provide a copy of a government issued photo ID

Submit a Student Information Changes Form

Required for any student whose high school transcript does not include that they are on track to complete the Recommended High School Program or Distinguished Achievement Program.

Submit this form to verify eligibility for TOEFL exemption.

Undergraduate & Graduate English Language Proficiency Exemption Form

• Undergraduate applicants denied admission to TWU may appeal the decision in writing.
• Graduate applicants denied admissions to TWU may appeal the decision through the academic department to which they applied. Admissions Processing does not review graduate denial appeals.
