Application Fee Waiver Form

This form is for the submission of official Alumni Advantage, NACAC, SAT/ACT, TRIO, or McNair Scholar college application fee waiver. If you do not have one of these waivers, please do not submit this form. Email SRP@twu.edu to ask if your application waiver is accepted.

Please read the following tips to ensure your fee waiver is processed smoothly:

• Graduate applicants must submit their fee waiver BEFORE submitting the Online Graduate application. Do not pay the application fee; your waiver will be reviewed and you will be notified when the fee has been waived so that you can complete your application submission.
• Undergraduate applicants should submit their application before submitting the application fee waiver. Submitting the application fee waiver before your application could result in your application fee waiver not being matched to your admissions file, which can increase your application processing time.
• Before uploading your application fee waiver, please ensure that your form is completely filled out and signed by all appropriate parties.
• Complete the fields below using the same information that you provided on your application for admission.
• If you do not know your TWU Student ID number, please email SRP@twu.edu with your full name, date of birth, and current address so we can provide it to you.
