Sigma Alpha Iota, Iota Omega Chapter

Sigma Alpha Iota is an international music fraternity for college women founded in 1903 at the Ann Arbor, Michigan School of Music. Some of the missions of the fraternity include promoting sisterhood among women musicians, supporting music education, cultivating excellence in music performance, and supporting music activities and performances in the community.

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, the largest fraternity for musical students in America, was founded on October 6, 1898, at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, as a way for old and new men of the conservatory to mingle in mutual musical uplift. Sinfonians, brothers of the fraternity, engage in service, sociability, musical activity and philanthropy. Membership in Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is limited to men, but it is not limited to music majors.

Pioneer Music Educators Association

The Pioneer Music Educators Association (PMEA) is our student chapter of the Texas Music Educators Association. PMEA is actively involved both on campus and in the community through its dedication to the advancement of music education and the study/performance of music throughout society. Although PMEA is mainly a music education organization, our primary goal is to instill the love of music in those around us, and we welcome all who wish to share their love of music.

Student Association for Music Therapy

The Student Association for Music Therapy (SAMT) is our student chapter of the American Music Therapy Association Students (AMTAS). SAMT provides educational and social opportunities for you to develop music therapy skills and friendships outside of the traditional classroom setting.
