Redpoint Denton

Redpoint Denton is a community of apartments, cottages, and townhouses. TWU has partnered with this off-campus student property. TWU students with their license through TWU Housing & Dining live in 3bed/3bath cottages and 4bed/4bath townhouses. There are no elevators, and there will be no volunteers to help with physical move-in. Please encourage family and friends to assist you in moving into your unit.

On Wednesday, August 20, please arrive anytime between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. to the community building/office. Be sure to have your TWU ID with you. After you receive your keys, welcome information, and hall shirt, you will be free to move in as you are able. 

If you are unable to move in on August 20 between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. , you may move in Thursday or Friday, August 21-22, between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. . Redpoint offices are closed on the weekend, and no move-ins will be permitted.

Redpoint Denton is located at 500 Inman St, Denton, Texas 76205. There is ample parking for residents and visitors throughout the complex. Be sure to park in legal, non-reserved parking spaces and do not block fire lanes. As soon as you receive your key and welcome information, it is imperative you register your vehicle and the vehicles of any visitors. Please prioritize this vehicle registration the day of your move-in.
