Fall 2025 Move-In Guide

The Fall 2025 Move-In Guide, available Aug. 1, includes valuable information for our incoming residential students, including mailing addresses, move-in instructions and schedules, advice about your community, dining information, frequently asked questions and much more! Be sure to review the Move-In Guide before you head to campus on your move-in day!

Class Enrollment and Meningitis Vaccination

All students living on campus must be enrolled full-time (12 or more hours) throughout the term of the Housing & Dining license (one academic year). Students will not be able to move into an on campus assignment until class registration reflects 12 + hours.

Students residing on campus must also have a record of their meningitis vaccination on file 10 days prior to moving into TWU Housing. Please submit a copy of your meningitis vaccination record to registrar@twu.edu. More information about the meningitis vaccination requirement can be found here.
