Jan. 20, 2022 – DENTON – Texas Woman’s University’s Center for Women Entrepreneurs, in partnership with 3DS, will host 3 Day Startup, an experiential program that introduces entrepreneurship methods to students and aspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds in an inclusive environment, Feb. 18-20, 2022.

The free event is open to undergraduate and graduate students of all years and majors from all colleges and universities and will take place Friday, Feb. 18, 4:30 – 8:15 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 19, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.; and Sunday, Feb. 20, 9 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. The decision to hold the event in person on the TWU Denton campus or virtually will be made closer to the event date.

Students will learn how to recognize and act on opportunities in the market by designing a business model, developing a prototype, working with expert mentors and pitching ideas. No prior knowledge of entrepreneurship, business or any other discipline is needed—only an interest in tackling real-world problems.

Spaces are limited, and registration is required. The registration deadline is Sunday, Feb. 13.
