University Housing Flyer Approval Process & Procedures

Texas Woman’s University Housing & Dining prohibits the placement of flyers and promotional materials within residential buildings or on the outside surfaces of a TWU residential building unless the flyer or promotional material has been vetted by the Housing & Dining Office. All flyers not approved by the Housing & Dining Office will be removed and discarded.

Requests for flyer artwork can be placed through the Design Services website. Please send all flyers and promotional materials to Beth Eppinger, Assistant Director of Housing Administrative Services, for approval. Flyers with the date stamp from the Center for Student Involvement have a higher likelihood of approval and for the approval process to be expedited.
